This is another gift niche genre whereby the niche in question, which is the gift for a new home, or somebody moving into their new home or purchasing a new home.  The gift depends on the level of transaction and the point of the transaction, but invariably, you will find that the gift occasion is connected to the act of a housewarming or moving in date.  However, we have seen them used and sent on the basis of an accepted offer or contracts exchanged. Now because the new home genre is quite small.  There was a gentle tweaking of the hamper concept or the gift basket concept, into an adaptation, a personalisation.  So rather than making hampers which were full of too many cliched associations with new home, we wanted to make the new home gift appear to be the big deal that it is when you move into a new house.  I don't think that there's a bigger purchase you'll ever make in your life than a new home.  So, to celebrate that and to better meet the expectations of our customers and society, the objective was to produce and give gifts for that new home which were of a price point, price band and a concept value far beyond that which the general market offered.
