We started our Gift Basket Odyssey in 2002 from our Mother's Garage and after two years we had saved enough money to open our first Gift Basket Premise in the UK.   For the first 7 years we offered lots of alternatives to hampers, the next seven years we aimed to make them better and now you arrive at our website, which we hope will set us up for the next 7 years.   The fusion of gift basket design, hamper quality and great customer service has converged to enable us to offer a truly huge range of amazing gift baskets divided by category, price and occasion.

Basketsgalore is a Gift Basket Company company for all of the UK and not just a local business, which means that you buy direct from us and we ship to recipients within 24 hrs.  We don't offer a same day service because we operate nationally, not locally.  The plus side of this is that WYSIWYG, rather than an approximation and we offer a full tracking and tracing service.  

During the first six months of the year, we offer Gifts for  Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day and Fathers Day.  We create innovative and imaginative gifts for all those occasions you might want to send a gift basket such as  Thank-You, Birthdays, Congratulations and Celebratory or Commermorative events.  Obviously our busiest time of the year is Christmas when we work round the clock seven days a week to ensure we dont let any of our customers down who have entrusted with us the responsibility for their order.  Whilst planning for Christmas Hamper season starts in February, the cross list is out in earnest come the start of the second half of 2018.

By filling our baskets with great quality foods and premium brand names, we ensure that our gift baskets are premium quality.    We seek to unite colour and flair with style and panache to create imaginative gift ideas, which are worth sending to friends and family in the UK and rest of Europe.  We aim to exceed expectations and this Summer time as we cast our eye over the range, quality and diversity of our baskets being assembled, we're seeking perfection and lowering costs.

We have over 1700 testimonials, most of them are overwhelmingly positive, but there are a few negative comments.  If you take the time to scan through the ones which make us happy, you'll see 3 main themes are repeated time after time.  Great Quality Products, Fantastic Service keeping you informed about the delivery and delight with the quality of presentation with plenty of pictures of the care which goes into the presentation. However if you're like me, it's the negative reviews that can sometimes be more revealing than the positive ones in a world of increasing censorship.  You'll see a pattern of issues which arose which were outside of our control, of us taking ownership of problems which arise and always seeking to make things right.  

We've grown into being a professional gift basket and hamper company.   We're continually innovating and we know that our Gift Baskets and Hampers are exceptionally distinctive from the crowd.
