Our Story
Hello and a very warm welcome to our website. We design and deliver Gifts Made Better.
We're a family run e-commerce gift delivery business based in the UK. BasketsGalore was established in 2002, after we had difficulties finding suitable gifts online that could be sent back home to our Mum, when we travelled and lived abroad as young adults.
So after returning from our travels we decided to create our own unique Gifts delivery service, so that friends and family across the globe had a company they could trust and rely on to connect them with their loved ones via the medium of tangible, thoughtful gifts. We decided to base our idea on something that we'd seen was incredibly popular in the States, and would be brand new to the UK market - Gift Baskets! Our Baskets - or Hampers as they're commonly know in the UK - would be uniquely and resplendently packaged, so that they created a real 'wow' factor on arrival.
Our mission was simple. To create inspiring and thoughtful gifts that could be delivered next day anywhere in the UK. They'd be themed and personalised to suit the gift occasion, so that they'd truly reflect the sentiments of the gift sender, and exceed the expectations of the gift receiver. We'd fill them with great tasting food and drinks from micro, speciality producers, as well as big name brand quality toys and gifts sourced from trusted suppliers. Our goal was to transform the e-commerce gift market.
 
       
      22 years on & our company has grown from our Mum’s home and garage, to offices and warehouses which now dispatch thousands of gift baskets and hampers throughout the UK on an annual basis.
We are the manufacturers of our gifts, baskets and hampers. When you buy from our website you can trust that what-you-see-is-what-you-get and you are purchasing at the lowest cost, direct from the people who design your gift, assemble and gift wrap it, dispatch it with reliable courier services, and follow it's delivery progress to ensure it's safely delivered.

Added to this is our promise to “Exceed Your Expectations." We're so confident in the quality of our product, if the end receiver doesn’t like their gift, we'll give the purchaser their money back upon return. We're very happy to say this is yet to happen.
