This basket was created as part of our dietary awareness range with the core products centring around Fructose, Gluten, Alkalinity and Acidity/Sugar.
Two weightings of fruit were combined with products which emphasised the quality of their ingredients and tried to make things better. In so doing we created an entirely new class of products, which our customers loved.


Created for a variety of occasions such as Birthdays and Thank You's. This basket tends to be sent to people who are considered healthy. This is what makes the design and marketing of fruit baskets so ironic. A typical receiver of such a fruit gift is aged 30 to 50 and is conscience of what they eat. A typical sender is someone who wants to send a healthier than normal gift basket without the worry that a wholly fruit basket will not be appreciated as much as a junk food basket which proliferate across the sales channels online. Thus the Keeping It Real line of Fruit Baskets evolved to add that little something extra to a basket of fruit and in the case of our Energy Basket, which already included high energy fruits such as bananas, figs, mangoes and Medjool Dates, along with the staple fruits, this amounted to some Natural Sweet products, some Gourmet Chocolate, handmade mint Truffles by Skelligs (absolutely delicious) and some cute little piglets just to add the aah! The fresh Mango, of course, will have to be eaten relatively quickly but then there will still be the chocolate enrobed Mangoes to compare, contrast and enjoy and these are decidedly addictive.

A versatile hamper which will appeal to a cross section of the overall population who are not averse to a few sweeter accompaniments to their high energy fruit basket. Congratulatory and Happy Birthday gifts can afford to be a little less restrictive in their healthy eating ethos at this time and my sentiment is that a little of what you fancy does you no harm at all. Just make sure that you brush your teeth afterwards.
