Next Day Gift Delivery
It was all about the Get Well Soon Gifts this week, probably as this colder weather has kicked in and everyone is coming down with coughs & colds or the pesky tummy bug that seems to be going about. When fresh fruit and poorly recipients are involved then next day gift delivery is a must. There was also a sprinkling of birthday and thank you gifts being delivered this week. We're seeing more and more Christmas Hamper orders being placed too, although the majority of these are for dispatch closer to Christmas.Back to now, mid-October and we started this week with our Classic Fruit Gourmet Gift Basket a winning combination of fresh fruit, cheese, chutney. Ordered by a family in Queensland, Australia for next day gift delivery to a poorly relative back in Hook, Hampshire. This gift is full of nice healthy, wholesome treats which are sure to aid her recovery.
Sticking with the "Get Well Soon" theme our Revitaliser Gift For Women was selected as Tuesday's Gift Basket of the Day. As well as fresh fruit, drinks and snacks this basket also contains some pampering treats, all to help revitialise the individual receiving it. Ordered by a group of colleagues in Chelmsford, Essex for a colleague of theirs in London currently off work ill. It would be nice to know you are missed in the workplace and even better to receive a basket full of treats from your work mates.
Wednesday saw not 1, but 11 of our Pamper Her Gift Baskets. They were all ordered by the Headquarters of a Company for their various offices around London and Manchester. The message was to thank them for all their hard work this quarter as it had been a particularly busy time for them. We think this is a lovely reward and token of thanks from management, we certainly wouldn't say no to receiving one anyway.
I love our Cozy Cuddles Gift Basket because it makes me imagine being warm and cozy on my sofa at home, with a mug of hot chocolates, some sweet treats, a good magazine and this cuddly heated bunny friend. This was another order by a Company for a colleague who was off work unwell. They wanted her to get well soon and said they missed her already. Let's hope this is the pick me up she needs to help her have a speedy recovery and get back to work soon.
I love it when I can select a gift basket we might not have featured for a while, so when I saw this Teenage Girl Gift Basket I knew it was the one I wanted to pick. This one was ordered by a lady in the USA for her niece in Upminster on her 13th birthday. You probably wouldn't immediately think of a gift basket as a gift for a teenager, but as they are so versatile we can include teen friendly items (popcorn, crisps, fun "grow a bean" pot etc) and they make a big presentational impact upon arrival. This will make them feel really special. We also theme the birthday cake with a "Happy Birthday" cake sleeve and a 13th birthday sticker to make it really personal.
All in all, another week of thoughtful gift creations being delivered across the UK and Ireland. Most orders we receive will ship either that day or in the next day or 2 so it's important to be able to offer a fast turnaround and next day gift delivery service.
