Baskets Galore’s Customer Gifts – Gift Hampers 24.08.15
Monday has rolled around again and this is the first full week of our new look website. What do you guys think of it? We were pleased to see orders still coming in on a frequent basis, as we love and are prepared to be busy on a Monday.First up today I'm starting with our gift hamper selection, and after saying last week that it's not very often you get a "Create Your Own HAMPER" order wasn't there another one going today! Ordered as a joint 'Thank You' and 'New Home' gift the customer creating this hamper really did include something for everyone. She included a range of activity books for the children, an art attack set, table top football, sweeties, a baby rattle and lollipops for the kids and chocolates, truffles, crackers, chutney, olives and pampering kits for the adults. This was from a Church Congregation to help the family "survive" their first night in their new home in London, and to thank them for everything they had done. 
Next up is one of our GIANT hampers, Chocolate Oblivion, with a whopping 3 layers of chocolatey goodness to uncover. I made sure to pay attention as to what was packed in each layer so as I could carefully put it back together. Sometimes ordered to a team of people, not this time! One very lucky lady in Carnoustie is receiving this as a get well gift from a gentleman friend of hers. We reckon he'll receive serious brownie points when she opens this bad boy up.I recognised the name on this next order, as the lovely Katharine from our hometown Bangor. Katharine has ordered lots of hampers over the years and finally received one herself when her baby son was born earlier this year. She's back to order again and this time for friends of hers who are getting married. She selected our popular "Wedding Feast" hamper which contains lots of delicious food items and is themed with a wedding album & wedding gift card. For being such a loyal customer Lynne also upgraded the contents, as the pair receiving this gift are very much "foodies" who appreciate unique new products.
This next order was for one of our most popular cheese & wine hampers, Cheesy Sunshine & Wine Duo but with a few added extra's. Ordered for their Poppa's Birthday, this family added sparkling wine and a range of extra chocolate truffles. They wished him a very happy birthday and hoped he could enjoy the goodies in this hamper along with all the rest of the family, so perhaps they are having a party to celebrate.
