Baskets Galore Customer Gifts – Fruit & Flower Baskets 24.08.15
Another section I find hard to limit is our fabulous fruit and flowering plant gift baskets. They are just so bright and colourful, and my mouth is always watering when I photograph them. We hope they get the same reaction when received by the lucky recipients.This is an oldie but a goodie, and by old I mean in design not contents! Cheesey Trio & Fruit has been such a popular basket there has been no need to update it, apart from with a new selection of creamy cheeses. The message with this basket was simply "Hello from Down Under!" so we aren't sure if there was a particular occasion it was for or they really did just want to say hello!
Next up I noticed quite a few get well baskets for men being assembled today and so I selected a couple to showcase for you. Both these baskets contain fresh fruit, baked goods and puzzles, but the Fruit Survival also contains some extras in the form of additional fruit, a magazine, crossword puzzle book, fudge, tea and a balloon. One was even ordered all the way from Switzerland to her dear old dad in York. Fruit & Flower baskets are always popular as condolence gifts as they are both thoughtful and practical. This Sympathetic Flavoursome Flowering basket contains nice easy-to-eat snacks, for the grieving family to nibble on when they're feeling up to it. Ordered by a company in Chelsea, London to a family missing their dad in Hove.
And to finish on a happier note, how about news on a couple celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary? Wow, 50 years is impressive eh! Although we have plenty of anniversary gift baskets to choose from, this occasion deserved extra time and effort spent on it and so they got their own customer created gift basket. Their family selected non alcoholic bubbly in the form of Elderflower lemonade and zesty apple beer for the couple in Tenterden. They combined these with 2 type of handmade chocolate truffles, fruity nut bars and fresh pineapple and mango. All the items came together to make the lovely gift basket pictured below. Congratulations & Happy Anniversary to you both, from all at BG too.
