Our fruit and flower gift baskets are one of the most popular ranges on our website and we like to think this is because we create fruit baskets with a difference! Fruit baskets are also popular as they can be sent for several different occasions and are suitable for both males and females, young or old!At Christmas time we scale down the number of fresh fruit baskets available because the various fruits may not be as ripe & tasty in the UK winter season.  It's also because the high volumes of orders going through our system during this period means we cannot offer the daily tracking service available throughout the year. As well as us providing customers with their tracking codes, our Admin Team also monitor all dispatches from January through to October. This just helps us to step in more quickly in the event of any delivery issues, such as if a patient has been discharged from hospital or no-one was at home to sign for a gift. As we are so busy dispatching in November & December we are unable to offer this extra service & so any fruit or flowers baskets may not arrive in top condition, should a delivery delay be encountered.
