Busy, busy, busy day. With the couriers arriving earlier, it's a rush to get everything done before they get here today. To top it off, we have a pallet of Yesteryear Tastes leaving our depot today as well.
It's to a corporate client of ours who had found us in the latter half of the Christmas rush last year, and urgently required 10 of these hampers for their Christmas order. Several months on, they're still ordering from us, the same hampers, every month! Don't you just love it when you find a good reliable store in your urgent time of need, and it ends up being one of your frequent places to go to? I know I'm one of those people. I can't remember how many last-minute orders I placed online in places that I end up visiting again, and again.
Speaking of Christmas orders, let me show you another very popular Christmas gift hamper which is actually part of our all-year-round range as well:
This is the Port & Cheese hamper. It's not THE most popular one, but the bottle of port makes it stands out because it's not available in a lot of hampers. Today's hamper is a thank you gift from Jennifer (London, UK) to Vikki (London, UK) as thanks for all her help recently.
Last but not least, I was eyeing up this Golden Oldies hamper. The sunshine festival sweeties look reeeeeally attractive, okay! Alongside the lemonades... and the chocolates... oh and that lemon curd is divine (DIVINE!, I tell you!) This hamper was ordered for a lady recently and the sender had written back saying how she enjoyed the liquorice sweets in the hamper. coincidentally, this hamper is going to another lady this time! I wonder if they will write back and let us know what they like about the hamper as well...
