The snow has continued to fall over the weekend & today, leading to extremely difficult driving conditions and airport closures.

A number of DHL depots were forced to close on Friday & more have been listed today as experiencing delays.

"At DHL Express we are doing everything possible, in spite of the difficult weather conditions across Europe and the UK, to ensure your shipments are delivered on time. These adverse weather conditions will in some cases result in service delays for both collection and delivery.

Early booking cut offs are in place for severely affected Service Centres, including the following locations:

Birmingham, Cambridge, East Midlands, Heathrow, Hull, Inverness, Ipswich, Leeds, Lincoln, Liverpool, Maidstone, Teesside, Newcastle, Northampton, Newport, Reading, Sheffield, Stoke on Trent, Southampton, Swindon, Telford"

We will endeavour to advise customers of any delays and are recommending customers select non-perishable food hampers if possible in case your delivery is delayed.
