Last week saw a diverse range of Gift Baskets and Hampers shipping out from BG Headquarters. These ranged from Birthday Gifts Baskets, to Get Well Soon Gifts and lots of lovely Gift Baskets For Children. Of course there are lots of other occasions sprinkled in amongst these, but here we take a look at the gift baskets that were selected to feature each day as our star gifts.Monday saw our Birthday Gift Baskets proving very popular and La De Dah Birthday was featured as our 'Gift Basket of the Day'. Our Customer (a Mum & Dad in Australia) had requested an extra chocolately birthday cake to be included for their daughter studying in London and we were happy to oblige. This was combined with a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkling wine and lots of other lovely treats to create a birthday party feel such as crisps, nuts, chocolates and sweeties. The basket is then themed with an engraved "Happy Birthday" teaspoon, a birthday card and a birthday balloon.On Tuesday we dispatched a large order of fresh fruit baskets on behalf of a client as part of their media drop. They required a healthy fruit basket to go alongside their Company brochure outlining various healthy juice recipes. As they were a telecoms company their only stipulation was that no apples were to be included! :) Fruit for 20 gift baskets takes up A LOT of room, so our packing team were surrounded by bananas, oranges, melons, kiwis, pineapples, passion fruit, figs, mangoes and dates. All this fruit was then distributed across the 20 gift baskets before being gift wrapped and decorated with a red ribbon. The client had also requested we print the brochure on their behalf and we were happy to team up with a local printer to provide this service. Our Gluten Free Energy Baskets were successfully delivered overnight to journalists throughout Ireland and the feedback has been that they were extremely well received.
Wednesday and Friday saw some of our Gifts For Children featuring such as 'Ultimate Girls Age 6+ Basket' and a duo to a brother and sister of 'Toys For Girls' and 'Busy Bee For Boys'. Gift Baskets for Children are a little bit magical, as you can just imagine the excitement for a young child opening their very own delivery. Once they open the box they see a fabulous gift wrapped package stuffed full of lots of treasures. We have been lucky enough to be sent some pictures of some of the children who have received one of our gifts, and they bring a smile to all our faces. Whether it is their birthday or they are poorly, the gifts really brighten their day and make them feel special.Thursday was all about the 'Get Well Soon' gifts and we selected Get Well Fruit Survival For Him as our Gift Basket of the Day. It was ordered by a team of workers for their poorly colleague, who they are missing terribly in the office while he recovers. As you can see, Get Well Baskets don't just have to be about fruit. We combine the fruit with juices, baked goods and magazines, novels and puzzles to create a really unique get well gift package.As always these are only a small selection of the Gift Baskets and Hampers we dispatch on a daily basis.
