So we wanted to come up with a way to make flowers a gift basket.In 2004 we included the flowering plant inside a gift basket along with a few other smallish items to make it into a flowering plant gift. Fast forward a few years and now you not only get the flowering plant gift, but also a gift basket full of lots of other goodies. The gift basket and flowering plant gift sit alongside each other in the delivery carton, and so arrive with the recipient at the same time. As it is a plant rather than a bouquet of flowers it is much hardier for travelling through the delivery network.
