Afternoon Tea Gift Baskets
Afternoon Tea is a popular option for celebrating special occasions & events such as birthdays, baby showers and leaving do's. We used to sell a Gift Basket called 'Afternoon Siesta' which contained lemonade, tea, preservies, fruit cake, shortbread and chocolate - the perfect selection for an afternoon treat.
We've also received requests for items such as scones and hot cross buns before, particularly at Easter time, and we thought about trialling these for a while. The only problem with such freshly baked items is that the best before date is very short as there are no preservatives, so the turnover rate would be quite high. We really need an in-house bakery to make them each day for us, now wouldn't that be nice!
In the meantime, we have lots of other lovely bakery items to enjoy such as cupcakes, muffins, fruit cake, chocolate cake, flapjacks, brownies and tray bakes.
