A year ago, if you had told me I would be joining the adult colouring book craze that had swept (and is still sweeping) the world by storm, I would have given you a look so skeptical that you could take a picture of it and put it in the dictionary as the definition of 'skeptical'.A year on.... yeah, I joined it. Very unabashedly too. One second I only had a colouring book and about 24 pencils, next minute I have felt tip pens and glitter gel pens plus roping my sister into the craze with me; now, I'm holed up in my room 30 mins before bed, with soothing spa music playing, over 50 more additional pencils added to my collection, and trying to learn how to blend colours using baby oil..... yeah, I joined the craze pretty badly. But hey, it's really, really fun, and it helps me sleep a bit better.Of course, we're not going to expect everybody to go nuts on it like me. Start off small, like sending them this gift basket - Colour Me HappyIt's a get well gift for those who likes their fruit, and wants to add a splash of colour into their lives themselves - colouring.  It's fabulously soothing and when you're all done, you get this sense of achievement too! And if it's you cup of tea.... well, um.... welcome to the colouring club?
