With most of the office gone away in a grand meeting elsewhere in town, the office only had me, Roma and Lynne today. We're a bit short in hands, but so volunteered to take on the basket dispatch blog of the day.I actually like doing 'Basket of the Day' blogs. It allows me to focus on one basket, maybe arrange some items to take some additional shots of the products alone outside of the basket. Andrea calls them the artsy type of pictures and encourage us to take as many as we could. And then I have fabulous fun arranging the images where I can be a bit creative and not be restricted to the collage format. Not that there is anything wrong with collage forma, but the application's collage formatting tool just don't give as many options with playing with background effects.Without further ado, here's the basket of the day:And here's the images again, separate for your clicking and larger viewing pleasure:It's our Take it Easy basket, which features a mix of pamper items and food. I love the pink and yellow theme going on in the basket. It gives it a really fun vibe.I actually don't think the flowers I used in the pictures are used in our baskets (whoops!) because Kataryza gave me that raised eyebrow look of 'are you suuuuuuure' when I came down the stairs with them. Oh well, they are fabulously pretty, but each flower is a bit on the big side so maybe that's why we don't use them? After all, which would you rather have, a pretty and largeish fabric flower in your basket, or an additional item? This basket is for a lovely mummy in Tring, UK who is celebrating her birthday tomorrow and the senders had requested a special Saturday delivery service for her too. I think it's the perfect way of starting the weekend, no?
