Andrea and I are both trying to eat really healthily these days, her to loose the final bit of baby weight and me because I have been told that I am wheat intolerant. It has really helped me to cope with the wheat-free diet knowing that Andrea is on a low carb diet which is even more restrictive than mine. After all there are loads of gluten free foods on the market at present such as pasta, cakes, biscuits, desserts and quiches while poor Andrea can't eat any of those as well as no bread, pasta, potatoes or rice. I am pleased to inform you that she has very nearly reached her target weight and is looking forward to having her usual tipple of a wee Magner's cider very soon!
