It is all kicking off in the Corporate Department of BasketsGalore today, with a whole host of new enquiries and orders landing in our inbox and via phone.By the Corporate Department we mean the team of people who deal with offline, bulk orders mainly placed by companies or even individuals with lots of friends and family! For orders of 10 baskets/hampers or more we welcome clients to complete our multiple order spreadsheet and email it through to us, rather than them having to type all the addresses into the website. We can then provide you with suggestions, a quote and apply any relevant discounts on the shipping. Delivery can usually be discounted when they are all shipping to the one delivery address.Once a quote has been accepted we create an invoice and email this along with bank account details, or we arrange to call you for credit card details. Our team of processors then get to work on booking in all the shipping labels and printing your gift card messages. Quite often clients need to add extra hampers or change addresses and so the invoice and labels will be re-jigged .There is then a lot of sorting and checking based on hamper type, courier type and preferred date of delivery before the paperwork makes its way out to the warehouse to be assigned and shipped out.It doesn't stop there for us however, as we email dispatch updates to all our clients and then offer a delivery tracking service when we monitor the delivery progress of all the consignments and step in to assist if any issues should arrive. Then it's onto the excitement of VAT receipts!
