We'll start with one of our brand new 'Wine & Cheese' hampers, The Gourmet: Chilled! It contains a bottle of Shiraz wine, Ummera Organic Smoked Salmon, Connemara Award Winning Air Dried Lamb & Beef, three types of cheese, Grace's All Butter Oatmeal Biscuits, Ducs de Gascogne French Pate, Lily O Brien's Creamy Caramels with Sea Salt 120gDitty's Bakery Award Winning Savoury Oatcakes, Street Food by Forest Feast, Nim's Fruit Crisps and Crossogue Country Fruit Chutney. It's heading to Stephanie in London from Alil as a Thank You gift.
The Gourmet: Chilled
Our next gourmet hamper leaving the warehouse this afternoon is the Artisan Scran. It is being sent to Chris & Irene in Clane also as a Thank You gift from John in Mobberley. It features Ummera Organic Smoked Salmon, Traditional Sliced Ham by the Brady Family, Green Pepper Wild Venison Salami, two types of cheese truckle, Connemara Air Dried Lamb, Skelligs Non-Alcoholic Chocolate Truffles, Oatmeal Biscuits by Graces, Filligans Cucumber Relish, Ditty's Bakery Savoury Oatcakes, Street Food by Forest Feast and Milk Chocolate Piglets by James Chocolate.
Our last hamper of the day is a customer creation, it has been designed by Sandra in Sweden as a Get Well Soon gift for Cora in Dublin. She has included Grace's All Butter Shortbread, Ditty's Bakery Tea Cake, Lily O'Brien's Dessert Collection chocolates box, Crossogue Lemon Curd, Carrigaline Farmhouse Cheese, Brady Family Carved Ham, Organic Smoked Salmon and Arboria Hand Lotion by Scottish Fine Soaps.
