Hello Monday! Now it's Laura's turn for a holiday. She is away to sunny beach in Bulgaria for a week with friends. Lucky duck :) So I'll be covering blogs today and tomorrow.Monday is a busiest day in Baskets Galore headquarters as there is no dispatches over the weekends. Loads of hampers are being made up. Here is my selection of Hampers for today.First up Great Taste Award Gold Hamper is filled with organic salmon, ham, cheeses, freshly baked cakes and other sweet & savoury treats made by artisan English and Irish producers. This lovely hamper is leaving us tonight to a family in Greystones. Sent by a friend in London, he says: "I hope the kids will find something a little different to place in their respective school tuck boxes." :) 
My second choice is Brunch Hamper is filled with gourmet treats including freshly smoked salmon, bacon & creamy cheeses. Accompanied by a variety of baked goodies including cake, muffins and traditional handmade preserves. All of which can be washed down with traditional tea, freshly ground coffee, pressed apple juice and organic lemonade. All this will be delivered to Joan and Peter in Dublin tomorrow. This is a Big Thank you gift from friends as well in Dublin.
Last up is Champagne Eclectic filled with organic salmon and ham, organic wildflower honey, variety of chocolates and biscuits and finished up with a bottle of classic champagne. This delicious hamper is being dispatched to a family in NANTWICH. Gift card message says "So glad everyone is now home!" Gift Sent from friends in London.
