Hello Everyone, It's been a long time since I have done A Week In The Life Of A Baskets Galore Customer Service Advisor blog. I have been on holiday for sometime and then been busy adding our new Pure Fruit Basket/Hamper range.
So let's get started :)
How I Helped A Customer:
Once I was going through the orders I noticed an order placed by Emily. She ordered a gift basket to her boyfriend - World's Greatest Boyfriend Basket . Her gift card message caught my eye as it was so cute! At the end of it Emily added: "P.S Ignore the nuts, I couldn't replace them."
I contacted Emily by email right away advising that I noticed that note and that replacing nuts it's not a problem at all. Nut has been replaced with Fruit crisps and chocolate cupcake. Emily was over the moon! So happy with our service! She even went ahead and wrote 5* review for us:
Absolutely brilliant service from Roma! Really looking forward to receiving the gift :) Will definitely be buying from you again.

I am extremely impressed with the service I have received. I had a problem finding exactly what I wanted so I had a "chat" with one of your advisors - sorry I can't remember her name who was marvellous and pointed me in the right direction. After choosing my gift I had problems paying and gave up after about 4 or 5 attempts. I later received an e-mail asking if I needed help and ended up receiving a phone call so I could pay that way. I am very happy with the service I have received. Thank you very much.
Something Difficult/Frustrating That Happened:
Time to time some things just goes wrong.
Couple days ago I received a call from Helen, she ordered Artisan Deli Hamper to her Dad's 90th Birthday. She was a little worried as she did not receive her tracking code. I explained that it's still early and she will receive this information in next few hours. She was pleased with that and we said Goodbye to each other. Everything went well, we done all the receipts as per usual for that day, closed down and went home.
Next morning I just stepped into the office and phone was ringing. It was Helen. She explained that she still did not get a tracking information from us! At that time she was really worried and not happy with this at all. I assured her that her hamper was definitely dispatched last night and it's on a van out for delivery. Helen was relieved to hear this as she said she can relax now. I apologised and explained that it must be some technical issue that code was not applied and not sent. I explained to her that this is one off incident and that is definitely not a usual shopping experience with us.
Gift Hamper has been delivered shortly after we spoke with Helen, she told us that her Dad loved the Hamper.
I am still not sure why she did not receive tracking information on that day! It's still a mystery! Technology sometimes goes wrong too.
Best Gift Basket:
Best Gift Basket for summer time is definitely Fresh Fruit Baskets & Hampers. We have just added full new fruit basket range about 50 new baskets :O! As I said as was working on it for a past few weeks. They are proving to be quite popular already.
Most Excited Purchaser:
We had an order from Cecillia. She created gift basket to her husband. She added loads of lovely items in it such as various snacks, lemonade, wine and fruit. Cecillia sent this message with her basket :
