You might think we don't remember our customers that well as we don't get to meet them face to face, and instead see lots of online orders and emails. However, this is not the case at all. We may not be able to put a name to face, but we certainly do remember & recognise a lot of our repeat customers names. BasketsGalore has been around since 2001 and some of our customers have been with us from the very beginning and so we know them quite well by now. Others order quite frequently, corporate gifts for example, and so we build customer relationships that way too. As well as our customers, we sometimes end up speaking to the recipients of our gifts too. This can be because we're following up too see if they need delivery assistance, or quite often as they in turn become customers after loving their gift basket so much!I thought this might be a good idea for a series of blogs as customers often tell us how much they appreciate the personal touch we offer, and that we are always here with a quick reply via email, live chat or telephone. They like the fact there are real people behind the website, and it gives them confidence to shop with us and let us take care of their important family gifts.I am going to ask my colleagues for inspiration & of course pick some of my own, so check back soon to see who features in the first blog of the series.An excited BasketsGalore customer perhaps?
