Baskets Galore’s Customer Gifts – Fruit & Flower Gift Baskets 21.01.16
Gasp! Shock! There is only.... ONE gift basket with fruit and/or flowers leaving our warehouse today!
This Floral and Fruit basket is the only one, can you believe it? You would have though with the grey weather outside, people would want to send more cheery fruit but nope, our winter sale had grabbed all the attention and this is the only basket today with fruit in it. Notice the lovely clementines still have stalks of leaves on them. It brings about a different kinda of fresh quality to the basket, no? I love it. And also wondering if this is some nation-wide marketing ploy that supermarkets had taken on during this time of the year where it's almost Chinese New Year. I don't know about you, but my mum likes to dash around supermarkets to find clementines which still have leaves on it because according to her, it's luckier to have ones with leaves than ones without. Maybe somebody finally notice how the Chinese families are going nuts over these leaved fruit and finally decided it was high time to leave the leaves on, just until Chinese New Year is over.Speaking of our winter sale, it seems like the most popular item in the sale range right now is the Baked Bites basket.
If you're not sending a fruit basket, maybe consider this as an alternate? Loaded with baked items, it can be sent any time (no need to wait until after the weekend for delivery). Today, we have three of them being dispatched the last I checked. And I think a few more may had sneaked in after I was done with photography as well. We have one Baked Bites heading to Luton, another to Belfast and the third is to Swords in Ireland. We hope the recipients enjoy their baskets.
