Yesterday, just as I was about to leave the office (still can't believe that it's this dark already at home time), I took a call from a customer. She was a past customer and not only that, one I was pretty sure I took the order of at least ocne! So I was plesantly surprised and immediately went about calling up her account on my system so that I have all her details and past order notes in front of me. Just like last year, she was sending a hamper to her father for his Birthday. However, as her father had recieved our hampers before, he must have tried many of our items and know what he prefers out of the lot, which was why Catherine, our customer, called to make the order. This way we can work out some changes to the existing premade basket she had chosen.2401400 GTA Titanium with changesCatherine had chosen a Great Taste Award Titanium hamper, but she wanted to exchange out the Cucumber Relish in exchange for a Red Onion Marmalade (nice choice! I approve!), then to switch out the champagne chocolates for some more Luscombe drinks. It certainly made this one juicy hamper, I must say.Onto another birthday hamper, we have the Great Taste Award New Age hamper.2401312 GTA New AgeThis hamper was actually based on the Bronze hamper from last year, hence why it might look familiar. But I think because it was suitable to name it New Age, it's like bringing an old hamper back again and giving it a new breath of life - a new age. We hope Mr Walker, in Stokport enjoys this blast from the past! Now how about a those amongst us with a sweet tooth? Here's a small hamper you can send to the birthday boy/girl.600539 Sweet & BubblyThis Sweet & Bubbly hamper is going to Jacinta in Skerries, Ireland. I love the way the team presented the contents. The flower posy in the hamper brings about a sense of elegance and really ties the whole basket together. The cantucci (also known as biscotti) is a new product of ours. They're almond biscuits, usually oblong shaped and is made to be crunchy and perfect for dipping in a drink. I don't think it should be dipped with the bubbly in the basket, but how about a cup of coffee or hot chocolate? Yum!
