Just my good luck that the first moment I stepped into the warehouse today, there was already a basket with a plant waiting for me.
Now this basket is definitely send with love in mind. From the heart shaped balloon, to the message, to the silk rose. It's the Dolce Vita Floral Romance, originally designed for Valentine's day but persisted throughout the year as a romantic gift to send to your dear one. I rather liked the white flowering plant with this basket as well. It gives it a splash of brightness amongst the reds and give this sense of calm and serenity in this romantic basket.
And also just my luck that the other fruit baskets I want to cover this blog were one of the last ones to be made up today. It was a dash out to the counters for me as I try to time it exactly as it got prettied up and just before the courier vans arrive. Nonetheless, we managed it and I will rpesent you first with the Healthy Twist basket.
I love the Healthy Twist basket. It has fruit, cake, tea, honey and a bottle of juice (under the fruit) to make it so refreshing and a good balance of good healthy items alongside sneaky chocolate cake treats. If I was sick, somebody please send me one of these. Of course, knowing my family, the fruit would disappear into my mum's stomach (seriously, if you ever lose her in a supermarket, you are guarantee to find her in the fruit aisle), the juice in my sister's, the cake in my dad's and that leaves me with only the tea and honey. I hope the recipient, Veronique in Bromley, don't have family like me.
Another basket leaving today is the Get Well Cheesy Overload.
Cheese, fruit, balloon, snacks, yummies, nibbles etc. Is this not the perfect basket? Do you have a cheese-holic recovering from a recent illness? Then this would be the perfect gift for them. Amongst all the juicy fruit, you can have a taste of creamy cheddar, garlic and chives, gloucester cheese on crackers. Then top it all off with chocolates. Mmmmmm. Lucky Toby in Gerrards Cross would be getting this treat.
