As we speak I have just finished putting together another proposal for Corporate Christmas hampers, and yes it is only August!
We had our first enquiries as early as June, and we've noticed an increasing number of companies trying to organise their staff gifts as early as possible. This suits us as it helps us to plan our logistics in advance when we have orders confirmed early on, however the majority of people still tend to leave it until the last minute.
Corporate orders tend to be larger orders, for multiple hampers and in this case they receive a dedicated account manager. We create an invoice & VAT receipt and all the customer needs to do is email us a spreadsheet of your contacts & a gift card message. We then check all the addresses on their behalf and also track all the deliveries after dispatch to ensure we can step in quickly if there are any delivery issues. Bulk orders can usually also benefit from a discount, either on the gifts themselves or the delivery costs. We work out the most cost effective method for you.
We are normally competing against other hamper companies for the business when it is so far in advance, whereas when companies ring us on the 18th December and we can still turn their bulk orders around we are usually the only ones still able to take care of it for them!
