All of us here at Baskets Galore love reading customer reviews and thanks, it reminds us of how happy we make both our customers and their recipients. We usually receive feedback via email or on our review site as our customers order online. However, we were all in for a real surprise as we had a face to face meeting with a very pleased recipient! Gently knocking on the window of our offices was recipient Jonathan and his mother, who were over visiting from Teddington.Jonathan had been sent the revitalizing Fruit & Healthy Drinks Gift Basket to aid him with his recovery after surgery. As Jonathan has relatives living near our Head Office, he decided whilst he was visiting to pop round to Baskets Galore to gives us some real feedback!
We couldn't believe that Jonathan had made it all the way down to BG headquarters, we were told about how he enjoyed the fresh fruit and his admiration for the local juice included in his Gift. It is times like this the really reinforces the high quality of our products, and the great experience the recipients have when receiving such a surprise.
