Well it feels like ages since I last did a 'Daily Dispatch' blog, as now that I have my little helpers I only take care of it on Mondays. With the Bank Holiday falling last Monday I also had a week off, so I hope I'm not too out of practice! There's never any shortage of gift baskets and hampers to choose from on a Monday, as the orders build up over the weekend and it's always one of our busiest dispatch days. My trouble is that I want to feature them all & have great difficulty narrowing it down.I noticed a few of the hampers I selected were actually being delivered to the customer, rather than a separate recipient and so in these cases we can only really guess the occasion/reason behind the gift. This Mega Cheesy Duo Hamper was ordered by a old Barracks in London for delivery to themselves, so is perhaps for a presentation or colleague. The magnificent selection of cheese and snacks within this hamper are sure to satisfy someone with the heartiest of appetites.Mega Cheesey Duo 723920A Birthday Baker's Distinction hamper was also on it's way to Watford, ordered by the gentleman himself who is normally based in Germany. Either that or it could be to his dad with the same name? The Customer Services team have sent him a quick email to confirm if he'd like to add a gift card message and so we await news of the occasion, although it's pretty safe to say it is for someone's birthday! This hamper is SOOO big that I actually had to take a couple of different photo's to try and show everything inside. This is just the 1st and 2nd layer of goodies! I decided against striping it down to the next 2 layers in case Johnny & Kasia thought I was ruining their hard work. I always get them to check I have packed it back together correctly though as they have it down to a fine art. We've just identified a mistake in the name of the next wedding gift basket: "What's Yours Is Mine". I asked Lynne should it not be the other way round like the saying, "What's Mine Is Yours" but I suppose the first is maybe better in some cases! This is a perfect couples hamper to help them celebrate or commemorate that special day. In this case it was an anniversary gift from a lady in Florida to congratulate a couple in London on 5 years of marriage. Let's hope it doesn't cause a fight if they can't agree on who gets what!Whats Yours Is Mine 723899
