Our policy at Christmas has to change slightly due to very high demand, as we are unable to offer 24 hr turnaround and specific day delivery at Christmas. Orders will be processed & dispatched as quickly as possible, or delivered as closely to your preferred delivery date as possible. You will be updated on your order status by email regularly and tracking details are provided so you can follow the progress and advise the recipient when their gift is due to arrive
