Baskets Galore Real Crisps

This weeks #TasteTestThursday did not disappoint. We had a delicious delivery from the guys from Tayto, but surprisingly we were given Real crisps packets to taste.

Real crisps were established in South Wales in 1997 but are now owned by Tatyo crisps. They use only the most premium natural ingredients and don't add any artificial flavourings. All their crisps are cooked in nothing but 100% sunflower. This is what ensures that they get that real flavour every time, all Real products come with 3 promises: Real Quality, Real Taste and Real Standout. The ingredients and processes they use ensure that the quality and taste promises are upheld but what about standing out. Well they have guaranteed this with their new bold packaging, which uses bright colours and real people's facial expressions to show what the flavour would look like if it were a person. (I think that the Jalapeno Pepper face is the truest to the flavour.)

The goodies where only been in the office a matter of minutes before we couldn't resist the temptation any longer and dived into a packet. I went round and let everyone taste each flavour one at the time, then they choose their top 3. The flavours they had to choose from were Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar, Strong Cheese and Onion, Sweet Chilli and Jalapeno Pepper. Thankfully the helpful taste testers were only too happy to help me in my quest to find the favourite flavour. Below is some of the immediate reactions from the taste testers.
