Our company Baskets Galore has been around for more than 10 years now! Yes… 10years! The best part of our job to me would be the receiving lots of lovely emails, from both customers and recipients who have used our company.We feel it’s important for feedback because It’s great to know we are doing something right and that if was any issues we are able to resolve them in a fast and professional manner as occasionally things can go wrong with an order, although this is rare! We like to think our after sales service is above and beyond the usual standard as we are quick to reply and step in to rectify any delivery problems or to replace the occasional damaged item out of the thousands we send.Over the years we have added these kind comments to the Testimonials Page on our website so as new customers can have confidence in our service. With so many gift websites available to choose from, it’s nice to know you can feel secure & confident in your online purchase. Especially when many of our customers are overseas and may feel a long way away!Although we have been growing our testimonials substantially, they are all on our own website rather than an external review site. External review sites have becomes more important both for ranking purposes and building consumer confidence, as external reviews cannot really be fabricated or elaborated upon. I think you’ll agree if you read our reviews that we’d have to have a pretty good imagination to come up with some of them!With this in mind we put our minds to building reviews on a external site, and one of the most popular is Review Centre.
