Here at Baskets Galore, we value all our suppliers for their great quality products and commitment to local businesses like ourselves. This article will focus on the fantastic Eleanor Craig Company who supply one of our popular sweet treats; Butter Fudge!
This company is similar to ourselves, a small family-run company within the catering business, specialising in the manufacture of butter fudge. They are located in Islandmagee, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, close to the world famous Glens of Antrim. Their recognition for the success of their fudge business has not been restricted to the folk of Antrim however: they receive many compliments from their loyal customer base from all over Ireland. This company understands the commitment in running a company, as Kristina Herself recently just had a baby. While any other working woman receives approximately 9 months of maternity leave, this lady was straight back into the kitchen the following week. This is similar to Baskets Galore, as after Lynne the Director of our company had her first baby, within 3 weeks she had also returned to work because the company was in its busiest time of year with Christmas approaching.Running a company is not easy, but for both of these people it's their passion and from working within this industry, I can see myself how much work and effort is put into these types of companies.This small blog post is just a little recognition for the Eleanor Craig Company, we love your products !
