Over the years we have added these kind comments to the Testimonials Page on our website so as new customers can have confidence in our service. With so many gift websites available to choose from, it's nice to know you can feel secure & confident in your online purchase. Especially when many of our customers are overseas and may feel a long way away!Occasionally things can go wrong with an order, although this is rare! We like to think our after sales service is above and beyond the usual standard as we are quick to reply and step in to rectify any delivery problems or to replace the occasional damaged item out of the thousands we send.Just last night for example, a customer contacted us outside of office hours to advise that her mother had been discharged from hospital that day. Her gift basket had already been dispatched & was on it's way to the hospital for delivery the next day. A member of staff happened to notice her urgent email from home & stepped in to contact the delivery company before they closed for the evening.Although we have been growing our testimonials substantially, they are all on our own website rather than an external review site. External review sites have becomes more important both for ranking purposes and building consumer confidence, as external reviews cannot really be fabricated or elaborated upon. I think you'll agree if you read our reviews that we'd have to have a pretty good imagination to come up with some of them!With this in mind we put our minds to building reviews on a external site, and one of the most popular is Review Centre. We had a few independent reviews on this site already, but wanted to try and build these up.We realised hitting reply to your delivery confirmation email & typing your comments is a bit easier than having to register on an external site and write your review there. So we came up with the idea of saying "thank you" for your efforts if customers paste their review onto the BasketsGalore.co.uk section of Review Centre. As a thank you, we send you a £5 discount code to put towards your next order. All you have to do is send us a quick email to let us know you have posted a review of your recent gift basket purchase. Or if you have purchased or received one in the past you are welcome to talk about that too. Someone from our Customer Services Team will then get back to you with your unique discount code. You can then enter this code during checkout to claim your £5 off. There is no expiry date on the code either, so you can keep it until the next gift occasion arises!
