  Whether you are a business needing to send multiple baskets to different delivery addresses, or a private individual with a lot of friends & family - our multiple order forms are designed to make your life easier! You can email us your spreadsheet of delivery addresses, alternatively you can enter them into our spreadsheet, and simply email or fax it. We're happy to call you to confirm your order & collect payment.

• Can I Add In My Own Gift Cards Or Corporate Literature?

  Yes - we can add compliment slips, letters, promotional literature or signed greeting cards. Simply let us know.

• How Can I Pay?

  We accept payment via the following methods: VISA and MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards, Switch (Maestro), Bank Transfer, Cheque and Banker’s Draft (made payable to ‘Basketsgalore Ltd). Goods will be despatched once payment has been received in full.

• When Should I Order For Christmas?

  Please remember to order early for Christmas to avoid disappointment as stock is subject to availability. Typically, our past customers reserve hampers from September onwards.

• I Have A Large List Of Recipients, Can I Just Send You A Spreadsheet Of All The Details?

  Yes, if ordering items going to multiple recipients at separate addresses, please use our Bulk Order Booking Form below, it will save you a lot of time rather than ordering online. Complete the form and email to sales@basketsgalore.co.uk

• I Have A Large Volume Of Baskets Addressed To One Delivery Address. How Much Will Shopping Cost?

  Our standard delivery rate is £7.99 for the 1st hamper, with 50% discount on the second basket, 50% on the 3rd hamper etc For multiple deliveries to a single address the delivery price can be significantly reduced. For a quick quote simply fill in our 2 second Delivery Discount Form stating how many baskets you require & we will get back to you within the hour.

• Can I Create My Own Gift Hamper?

  For design ideas and made-to-order corporate gift baskets and hampers - please contact us. Please be advised that due to high volume demand last requests for customised Christmas hampers need to reach us by early November

• How Do I Order?

  ONLINE – For single orders to individual addresses the simpliest way to order is online. Automated notification emails ensure you are aware of your order's progress from placement to dispatch. An individual order must be placed for each delivery address and payment must be via VISA, MasterCard credit or debit card or Maestro (Switch)

  FAX - Should you prefer to place your order offline or wish to pay via an alternative method other than credit card, you can fax or email in your order. If ordering items going to more than 5 recipients at separate addresses, please us our Bulk Order Booking Form below. Alternatively, for smaller orders you can also download our one page Fax Back Order Sheet.
