After reading Andrea's "Flowering Gift Basket" blog of 21st April, I was thinking back to the old days and of all the flowers and plants that I had handled over the years. On Mother's Day alone, this year I made up over 200 flowering plants for our gift baskets for mums going out in the space of 3 days.  It does have compensations, however, when there are a few plants left over I get to take them home. Just before the Easter holidays we had a few such plants and rather than waste them I cleared out my old wishing well, which had been commissioned by my two grand-daughters last year and given a fresh make-over.  I'm sure you'll agree that it looks beautiful! The girls saw a wishing well in a garden centre and Lynne took a photo of it for Steve to copy. I think he did a fantastic job making it out of spare pallets from the warehouse.Have you ever designed or made something over with great results?

It's also lovely to hear nice comments from the recipients of our gift baskets, especially when I know I helped to create it! This lovely review was posted about our "Mother's Day Flowers & Treats" Gift Basket.

I am in South Africa and wanted to send a basket to my mum in Wales. The site was so easy to use and I loved the fact that I could send her a card as well. Payment was so easy through PayPal. The basket was delivered on the day stipulated. Although I could not see the basket I got a call from my mum crying how beautiful it was, stunning basket, beautifully wrapped with ribbons, the food inside was amazing. Thank you so much.
